Its been 1 year plus almost 10 months since i've entered tekong.
13 days more and i'll be stepping out of that very same place again.

I've had a lot of memories to keep, my lessons learnt, both painful and enjoyable.

I've seen many angles of humanity, and i've learnt to appreciate life.

I've been brought to new heights and i've discovered what i thought i cannot do.

It truly has been a bitter sweet part of life in army. =)

I was feeling a wee bit emo like last week about leaving.
because i was constantly pulled back into several flashbacks, or memories of event that occured within this 22months.

I thought about raymond, i tot about my time when i struggled at OCS, i thought about how my team cried at brunei, i tot about some close friends i found in ulysses, i thought about my several setbacks. All this brings a certain tinge of pain, yet i would still move on with a smile.
So much had happened.

These memories, i will certainly hold dear.

I used to be afraid of change, but now, going to another chapter of life seem nothing more than just one of another transition in life i've to face. Yet, at this time, i found my true calling.

When news struck to me that a possible end might be approaching real soon, i thought about how much lives i could save, how much lives i can impact if i really were to be limited to that time. Thus i told myself i need to be a teacher, where i can constantly change lives, nurturing the nation for a better future, and very hopefully, bring about the Good News to as many as i can.

I want to live only for the Truth, and i wanna do all i can to glorify Him.
