i've always been fascinated by stories of superheroes..
saving the world not for greed..but because of their compassion for mankind..
yet their fate were always never kind to them.. because of their differences, people hate them.. people take them for granted..
is this what they meant by a hero?

i watched dark knight yesterday and it provided me with a even deeper insight on what a hero truly meant.
but first...i need to comment on the movie..
its the marvel superhero movie with the BEST storyline and content. its realistic, witty and politically intelligent. honestly i think its a superb worth of money for tt movie..
what i loved about this movie is that the dark knight showed how a normal human could also have the dreams of a superhero..and it truly depicted the ugly side and how a hero will be succumb to withdrawal..to giving up.. constantly alone..constantly challenged..all for a cause not of his own..

the dark knight is apt for what we would call a hero..
everyone yearns for a hero.. but where do the hero go to when he falls?
does he choses for his own, or for the good of the big picture.

i always wonder if anyone could understand his pain.. but even the selfishness of the society sometimes shows how heavy a toll it can take on the motivation of a hero..i admire the dark knight for tt.

sometimes...being a hero is not being a hero tt is well liked.. but being a hero that everyone needs.. consciously or subconsciously..
the dark knight reminded me on how Jesus beared great pain for His people.. this movie truly depicted how a true hero should be..
just like how our parents too are a hero to us.. always loving us.. but we always took them for granted.. how they loved us.. but we never seem to notice.. only until we lost it..

highly recommended.. watch the dark knight =)
